Milnerton Players is a community theatre run by volunteers. We will always do our best to meet your hire requirements, but please keep in mind that our team are amateurs and working full time in other professions.
For this reason hires are not only subject to the availability of the theatre, but also the availability of the stage, technical and front of house teams.
We have 2 spaces available for hire. The auditorium (seats 112) and the foyer (seats 55).
When requesting a hire please provide us with the following information:
1. Brief description of the show
2. Technical (sound and lighting) requirements
3. Stage requirements
4. Crew requirements (eg. technical operators, backstage)
5. Preferred show dates/days
6. Times of proposed rehearsals and performances
7. Do you require bar and/or coffee bar
8. Do you require a car guard (required for evening performances)
