We’re looking to cast Nicholas Ellenbogen’s two handed play, Live with Ivy.

Live with Ivy is a nostalgic trip that starts in 1950s Nyasaland (now Malawi) before it leaps to London’s West End in the 1980s. The Garrick family has been in the theatre for 200 years, but things are changing, and young Ivy must make a choice between law and the stage. Uncle Rex is drawn back to the theatre by his wily niece.
IVY: Young female
Lead character, in her late 20’s, she is the storyteller. Must be able to move well, sing and have a bubbly personality. Ivy starts of as a young 13-year-old to her present age of 28.
UNCLE REX: Older male
A retired actor in his late 50’s, now living in Malawi. Must be able to play other small characters, move well, sing and have a grasp of puppetry.
